Uttam Bhoj began in 2009 with one simple promise — an authentic Rajasthani thali, unlimited and unhurried, served the way it is in a Marwari home. Fifteen years later, that promise still arrives at your table hot, fragrant with ghee, and endless.
Every thali is prepared fresh in our pure-vegetarian kitchen, with Jain and vegan options available on request. Families have celebrated engagements, birthdays and countless weeknight dinners here — come, pull up a chair.
